It is my understanding that You have to have claimed your actual founder pack before to qualify for the make up pack, but I am not official. You can try start a thread in support sub forum.
Any update on this? I also got the Silver, Gold and Platinum…
My founder’s packs returned reappeared in my product inventory after about 15 minutes of being logged in.
My packs are still missing. I bought a gold founder’s pack and I couldn’t find any in the product inventory, am I missing something here?
Same issue, purchased Platinum Founder’s Pack prior to launch during maintenance. Shows in steam but not ingame. Please help

Got in game after this morning when i had no issue and the aura was applied to find that there is no aura applied now .

Funny is that on the queue screen it displays that the aura is applied.

I have the same issue, my Founder’s Pack is not appearing in the product inventory. I opened a chat with support and they asked me to wait until Monday and then check again.
Have the same problem here. All items from product inventory missing. And time to redeem them is ticking…
I didn’t want to report anything, as devs have lots to do due to release, but its been 3 days with my founder pack items not collectable… 
I wish devs address issue, or at least says something like “we are working on it guys”

Edit: Solved. It just appeared again.
I lost my Platinum Founders Pack. Received it from the Shop inventory after i bought it a few days ago but didn’t claim the mount or any skins from it on the account. It got deleted from the Roster Storage.
