Got in game after this morning when i had no issue and the aura was applied to find that there is no aura applied now .

Funny is that on the queue screen it displays that the aura is applied.

Bought a Bronze Founder’s pack and I don’t see it in my inventory… is there any way to solve it?

I have the same issue, my Founder’s Pack is not appearing in the product inventory. I opened a chat with support and they asked me to wait until Monday and then check again.
Have the same problem here. All items from product inventory missing. And time to redeem them is ticking…
I didn’t want to report anything, as devs have lots to do due to release, but its been 3 days with my founder pack items not collectable… 
I wish devs address issue, or at least says something like “we are working on it guys”

Edit: Solved. It just appeared again.
I lost my Platinum Founders Pack. Received it from the Shop inventory after i bought it a few days ago but didn’t claim the mount or any skins from it on the account. It got deleted from the Roster Storage.

So if Im understanding this correctly, we (the buyers of founder packs) are getting another claim on the pack we bought just so we can create another character on another server? Because I think I used two founderpacks on 2 characters on the same server ? oh and now Im stuck on a server alone because my friends couldn’t create characters on the server I choose. Are we getting a new claim after the 14:th of Feb ? I dont understand

I am missing a Gold Founder’s Pack that I purchased on Steam.
I opened a web chat with support earlier today.
At first they recommended I open a case with Steam, unfortunately Steam does not allow cases to be opened for this. Later they sent me an email and asked me to reply to it with my issue.
I guess we will see what happens.
I can see mine (sometimes) in upper bar, but can’t claim it 
Didn’t get my second platinum founders pack as well as Crystallin 30 day aura is removed after updates so it’s a bit annoying, hoping for the best preparing for the worst.
It‘s still not out yet.
