Fps cap locked to 60 on window/borderless mode

anyone else having issue of windowed/borderless mode now locked fps cap at 60 after the patch? no issue like this prior to the patch.

the problem is not the game, window mode fps are limited by the monitor max framerate, if you monitor can more than 60FPS you can change that in your windows settings

my monitor max framerate is 144. windowed mode didn’t cap at 60 prior to patch, I have been playing on windowed/borderless since launch with 144fps cap

Windows settings - change from 60fps. Try it.
I know it makes no sense but this is the easy fix.

you mean change to 60fps then change it back?
