Fps drops game unplayable

Hello! So my story started 5 days ago. I’m playing the game since day 1 got like 800hours + and all of a sudden I started noticing some weird lags this Friday but they wasnt disturbing at all, than I didn’t logged in saturday cause I was on a holiday and Sunday when I logged in the game was unplayble its been 3 days im doing everything, I read every forum, watched every guide, did every in game thing that may cause the problems, but nothing seems to be working( I’m playing on lenovo legion 8gb ram gtx1650 i5-9300h) I rebooted laptop, reset battery, did all the perform. upgrade stuff and nothing game is getting even worse now. So I tried other games they are all working fine the problem seems to be only in lost ark. Any ideas, any help? will be appreciated a lot, thanks in advance!

Thank you for reaching out regarding the situation you’ve been experiencing with FPS drops on the game, I’m really sorry for your experience. At this time, let me know if you’ve attempted the following steps:

  1. Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
  2. Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
  3. Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.
  4. Click Allow another app…, locate and select LostArkLauncher.exe, and then click Add.

FPS Drops only in Chaosdungeon and cube or everywhere?

its everywhere esp in pvp

weird thing I put the easyanticheat app from task manager to prior low performance and seems like lags are almost gone cant play more today but lets hope its gonna be alright for tomorrow
