I get your reason for leaving, pretty similar to me since I wanted to play support but hated the Bard gameplay, so I was waiting for Artist, who knows, still with some hopium they will speed up class releases if the game starts dying for real. For now I am just doing raids weekly with my guild and not much else, since at least the raids are still fun with a group, as long as I can keep up with them as f2p I don’t mind too much.
Hey @Roxx, sadly the class cadence the team has opted to go for is having an opposite effect. It would be useful to pass this information, but I guess this was already in their data regarding people leaving because of this approach with your class release.
Now that I think about it, i made a bet with someone a week ago… if at least one person quit because of the road map he would give me 10k gold!

I’ve thought about it. I’ve played all of the FF series except for 8, 9, and MMO 11. The only thing that scares me about FF14 is the amount of abilities. I didn’t get to far in WoW Classic, New World only has 6 abilities b/t two weapons, and LA has 8 abilities. I’ve seen further gameplay of FF14 and I have no idea how people map out all their abilities haha. I just see boxes everywhere XD
It’s not as daunting as it seems, specially if you like support, White Mage doesn’t have a lot of buttons to press and you can bundle some of them together in a single macro if you don’t care about being the most optimal.

FF hotkeys look overwhelming, but most of the time leveling youll be begging for more keys to press because of global cooldowns lol. its actually just broken up into a couple groups: 123 basic combo attack. 2-3 defensive buffs youll use if you need to survive. 2-3 explosive offense usually weaved while waiting for 123 combo to finish. and your 2-3 aoe spells youll only use on mobs.
