So @Roxx , care to clarify why are there some players recieving this “server merge reward chest” which lets you choose a free mount from ANY of the ones that appeared on the store, INCLUDING THE BIKES THAT WERE ADDED RECENTLY, and others are not getting this? I know a couple people on my guild that have recieved them. 
If it’s true that the merged regions with larger downtimes are receiving more rewards, which I don’t think it’s true, it’s totally deserved.
I’m guessing you’re from NA, you pretty much haven’t lost an entire day of playing since the release, EVER.
EUC has lost 2 this month.

If it is true is not based on regions. EUC here and no such a chest.

This mount selection chest will go to players who have a duplicate mount following the merge (as you cannot have two mounts of the exact same type in your roster). The mount chosen from the chest will be untradable, and is just a way to ensure players don’t lose out on a mount by having a duplicate and instead get another option they enjoy that they can use.

Gotcha. So it’s not a reward/compensation for server merging.
Oh I see, ty so much! We thought it could have been that but he said he didint buy any mounts, and with the chest’s name I was thinking I didint do something I could have done to recieve one too. Thx for the reply

@ChinGG yeah but in there it says “founder’s mount selection chest” the chest had the name “server merge reward chest” so I thought it was something else and I had lost my opportunity to get one
