Free Punika Pass Compensation not received

I fall under the second criteria (unlocked prior to the disabling, logged on multiple times between disabled and re-enabled). I have still yet to receive the compensation which it sounded like it was imminent yesterday being released.

  1. When is it coming?
  2. Can I go ahead and use my Punika pass on a character and still qualify or is that going to cause issues?
