the game since wednesday has been freezing in the group instances (guardians, raids, etc) it’s a 2 second freeze and it’s frustrating, i have a good pc to be some fault on my part. I consulted with friends and some of them are experiencing the same thing. the same 2 second frozen in brel or hanumatan etc…
Is there a current problem with the game that I’m not aware of? because there are several of us with this problem

Don’t worry had the same, bought recent new computer which costed over 5k.
It has I9 processor, RTX 4090, computer was having issues after I get consistantly 2 second freeze by playing Lost Ark, Getting replacement in 2 weeks as the computer kept running with issues because of that short freeze within the hardware stuff, they replaced the Video card and I9 processor and yet shortly after by playing Lost Ark again issues. But don’t worry no one on the forums will able to help you, neither will they not deny their game has error files.
Does not happen with any other games, so I hope they fix their issues within 10th of May
If it happens with the new computer, Alienware will sue Lost Ark for causing issues. I’ve send them loads of reports of what errors are in the game that cause issues with performance of computers
fyi AGS; always customer fault, it’s American thing.
