I was questing through the main Rohendel story and while going through Glass Lotus Lake my screen froze and the game crashed. Now if I try to login on that character I get a loading screen for around 5 minutes which then leads into my game crashing. I can login on other characters.
Character which is stuck is brokentooth (main character) on Nineveh.
I need to go into this area carry on with the quest in story but it freezes all the time!! Can you help???

Thank you for the reply. Just restarted the game a few times and pc etc. When the charc got moved last time it all worked fine but as soon as i go jnto that area the game crashes and then i have to restart the game but it never loads
