My character got stuck on the loading screen when trying to load into “Ancient Elveria” for the rapport quest “Time to Heal”. When I try to relog into the game it still tries to load me into the quest zone and gives me the frozen load screen again. Can you please teleport my character back to the main city?

I was playing on an alt and received a message indicating my account access was restricted, was this related to the support request? In either case I am currently logged out of the game.

Yea I tried it three times already and my character got stuck three times (currently stuck again).
Think need to avoid this quest for now and see if there’s a maintenance for it.
Alyxx is available again, thanks for the support. It looks like since I got booted my alt missed out on the Chaos Dungeon attempt. I was 10% in to my 2nd run for the day and upon logging back in I was not able to resume and it consumed by Aura of Resonance. Can anything be done for here? Character was a Striker namaed Grueve.
@Darkflame while I’m glad your character is available again, unfortunately I don’t have an option to solve the Chaos dungeon issue.

@Moep, yes, I’ve come across bug reports for this quest, and it’s currently being investigated. I would recommend to avoid it for the time being as @yody suggests.

Though not entirely, of course the Quest is not finishable in it’s current state. @CS is there any issue opened about this in the devtracker? Questname: Time to Heal, Ealyn Rapport Quest, Objective: Purge the remnants of necromancy. Quest works fine up until you join Ealyn in the Adventures Guild, talk to Gideon and are ready to leave for the scenario. In the loading screen to the scenario “Ancient Elvaria” the game get’s stuck. The only workaround for now is to get your character unstuck and transported out by amazon support.
Fair shot warning to everyone: This quest is at the moment not finishable Wait until it is fixed!
