Still cant mail shit to alts, ive sent 8 tickets to amazon shitpport and the incompetent mongoloid every time either tries and throws me to steam and just replies with garbage like copy/paste of the part in patch notes about why this useless shit was implemented or they explain I need to be trusted in steam. EVERY time Ive sent a ticket Ive attached the screenshot of steam support telling me the account if fully unlimited and referring me to lost ark for in game lost ark issues.
Im so disgusted at this point and can now see why there is so much venom and hatred on these forums towards this company. I now see why its so easy to get a job at amazon holy shit they must be hiring literally anything with a heartbeat.
Please fix this, how can you have thousands of real players fucked over with failed attempts at anibotting while bots are swarming in greater numbers than ever before this is insane, fix or revert this trusted status useless garbage please.
hey, what happens is when you click send it will have a popup dialogue saying you must have trusted status to mail with attachments. Same msg if you mail to another player or try to trade. The part thats so frustrating is they said in march that you will need to put 5 dollars on the steam account and wait 30 days. e have done that and on day 30 still cant trade. Then some have said you need steam guard for a week so I did that with no luck. Finnaly someone said buying royal crystals fixed it so I tried that and still locked. The most disgusting part of this is it was implemented to stop bots LOLOLOLOL. It mildly inconvenienced bots for about a day and here we are 45 days later still unable to use basic mmo features after being forced to spend money in a free to play game. I now understand the unprecedented rage I see on this forum and others.
