G3 kakul entry ticket

I was in G3 while the game crashed today, and lost my entry for G3, today is the only day i can play because of i’m working all week, so i wont be able to clear it if i dont get the re entry ticket. Is there a way i can get the ticket today pls.

I’m sorry to know that you lost your ticket; I totally understand you might feel about this.

In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I strongly dislike the fact that we will not get a ticket if the “tool” thinks it’s not a serverside issue. Not being able to manually give out tickets sounds troubling tbh.
Also you seem to not be able to say if it was a serverside issue even tho it’s nearly 12h ago that probably 90% of EUC players dc’ed. At least my whole static dc’ed, so I would argue that it was a serverside issue and at least that could be acknowledged.
The only thing that gets posted here about thousands of players dc’ing in the same moment is just “you’ll get your ticket within a day if the tool thinks it was serverside, can’t do more”. So if for whatever reason I don’t get my ticket within a day, the tool seems to think it wasn’t serverside and I should not make a support request, because tickets can’t be given out manually anyway. That sounds… weird?

Got same problem, but I lost my entry count after my party was disbanded, other party members didn’t encounter the same issue. Already waited 24 hours hoping for the mail with entry ticket.

Same issue happen to me last night when attempting Kakul-Saydon Gate 3. I was the only one going in game showing a loading screen with 1/4 for 60 secs before I got into the game split second and proceedly to kick me out. Thus losing my entry chance.

Formed a group via group finder, when entering there was a lag time, party was formed, but only i made it to the load screen showing 1/4. When it was done loading I was in my Stronghold. Tried rentering, but no ticket.

Saturday (08/10) I missed Kakul’s entrance - approx 2:00 AM because of the server when it crashed the chars in Nia Village
