game always crash at argos reward loading scene!
NOT ASKING FOR EXTRA TICKET but it seems like a bug because it happened twice last week and this week at the exact spot and i have a very fast internet.
Amazon literally couldnt care less about this issue or compensating you.

I’m truly sorry to hear about this situation during your Argos Raid, at this moment our devs team are aware of some situations during raids and they are working non-stop for this.
Recently a community manager made this post regarding this kind of situations informing of a new system to prevent players to lose their weekly entry to this kind of activities, where you can review here:
Now regarding this disconnections, have you tried any kind of troubleshooting steps for this?

I understand that from the side of the players maybe it seems like not, but everyone here at Amazon works hard and without stop to help you guys and improve the game experience in the best way!

Also instead of fixing ticket usage (1 CLAIM per week) they give this unsolving solution
When player got dced then came back… the player should be able to claim his reward if still in 15 minutes time frame.
I mean its alr punishing for player to search for argos party raid (for example) and do the raid all over again if they got re-entry ticket.
The last time I updated vykas, I was going to hit argos dungeon and it just crashed. My large and small 1460 and 1391 can’t go in and play. How can I get compensation now?

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in the answer given in regards to disconnections and how the automated system will only grant re-entries for verified server crashes or outages. Unfortunately, and as I am sure makes perfect sense, there is no reason we would provide compensations for disconnections caused by issues unrelated to server or game functionality.

But my network cable is still connected. The big update that day caused my argos dungeon to crash and close my game. I even went back and closed my game. Do you think it’s our problem?

i encourage you to file feedback if you did not get the re-entry and have feelings of disappointment based on that. Regretfully, and as has been addressed in this post already, if the automated system did not give you the ticket then we cannot do so manually and as your disconnection was deemed as having been caused on your end.
