Hi there, since last week the game closes it self out of nowhere, there’s no error or anything to go by as to what could cause it.
I’m sorry I don’t have much to say about it, the only thing is that I think it happens whenever I’m playing on forced 21:9 aspect ratio for pvp reasons and when I log back in it’s back to normal aspect ratio.
Maybe that could be causing it?
The thing is I’ve been playing like that since February but only last week this problem started.

In case the issue persists, contact us via live chat so our colleagues can escalate this in order to determine what’s causing the game to crash only when you force the 21:9 aspect ratio.
