Game Crash All The Time

For 5 days Now the Game Keep crashing every 10 mins And Some Times crash After 2 hours
Never Had This Problem Since The Game Release. I Have another Steam game Crash Too
but All the games That not on Steam Work Fine With no issues I really Don’t know where is The Problem But My PC Work Fine

its not internet Issue iam saying that the game is crashing its not the DC problem the game just freeze then crash every 10 mins or every 20 mins this is new issue

I’d recommend you to verify the integrity of the game files, check for updates for your graphics card and other components drivers and the Operating System as well.

Now, you mentioned that other Steam game crashes as well, but non-Steam games work fine. So I did some research and found an Article from Steam support that you might find useful:

In addition to this, add the Steam program as an exception to your anti-virus software, in case you’re running an anti-virus on your computer (the steps for adding exceptions to anti-virus defer for each manufacturer so check the support pages for your specific antivirus).

Here’s the seps for the Dxdiag in case you need it:

In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results.

I did disable windows defender and firewall yesterday still got the same issue
i sent the Dxdiag.txt with a new ticket i hope it may help Find what is the Issue

@Santoryu I tried to sent u message with the Dxdiag File via Gmail twice in 2 days its Failed twice

The Dxdiag report is to be attached to the support ticket, in case you can’t send it at first, once you get a reply from the team you can have it ready and attach it if needed. :wink:
