Game keeps crashing at amazon games logo splashscreen animation. Error occurs since yesterday after weekly reset. I launch the game via STEAM ( i tried via GFN as well but even worst ).
I’m on windows 10 with a 1080ti.
I tried :
Repair File
Repair EAC
Uninstall / install Game
Uninstall / install Game on a different driver
Uninstall / install EAC
Uninstall / Install STEAM
Force Full Screen start via Config File
Clean boot process in the background while launching the game
Nothing solved, still got a 100%gpu usage spike right at amazon logo ( with a little freeze ) followed by the crash a few seconds later. My setup performs well everything else and every other games runs perfectly.
I never had any issue with this, but yesterday started with a 105 Corrupted Data found error, then went straight to crash without having any error message ( sometimes just appear again randomly ) .
I’m extremely tired of this and i’d like someone give me/us some info about it because it’s unacceptable.
Having the same exact issue since yesterday’s reset. I have been surfing to find others and it doesn’t seem to be enough people with the same issue or people vocal enough. I have only seen one post on Reddit that was only a meme and had 4 commenters saying they have the same issue. Checked the official Lost Ark discord and there are a couple of people with the same issue as well but not a single fucking person to help or provide any sort of information. I have verified the integrity of the files on steam and uninstalled the game but neither have fixed it. The line was crossed when it came to the point that we had to uninstall and install the game to see if this would fix it, but guess what it didn’t.
This problem was actually happening in the GeForce Now system as well. It’s the exactly same problem, the game just closes after AGS logo. A lot of people use the GFN to play the game, me as well. Rigth now the game went offline (On GFN) and I supose they are waiting for a fix from AGS to bring back the game online again. I just hope AGS don’t take a month to solve this issue.
Yes, having the issue since yesterday’s reset and yes i’m posting to make clear that we have the same issue GFN user are having right now but WE DON’T LAUNCH THE GAME VIA GFN, WE COME FROM STEAM.
There should be CONSTANT communication about all of these issues, when was the last real update the CUSTOMERS had on this? 18, 24 hours ago? This is terrible, absolutely disgusting behavior
Same issues. Crashes everytime i start. I play on windows 10 with steam. The game does not start. Been happening since yesterday. CANNOT log in. Need all the brel prep I can do. This is miserable. There been almost no news or updates for those that cannot log in. We need an answer and a fix ASAP. I use a Geforece graphics card but never used geforce now b4/ I have tryed everything, reinstalling, updating, verifying. Nothing help and we need some answers.
This is the first message that i get yesterday, then i started crashing without any of these. It just randomly pops up let’s say 1 time out of 20 try of launching the game for me.
Obviously, as first post says, i tried EVERYTHING to fix that specific error, following guide on the web.
I’m getting it as well, like you, maybe 1/30 times or so. When you verify files no files are corrupt however. Also should mention I’m not using GeForce Now.
ok thank you. please keep us posted. This is beyond frustrating. Its not happening ot many of us but those it is cannot log in at all in this very important week. Its ruining my chances of making it to Brel. We have tryed everything we can on our end. We need this fixed ASAP.
I really hope that the problem will be solved today, because we don’t have much time until brelshaza and also free time to deposit in the game. I already lost my entire day off and I only have 3hrs a day to complete 6 char 1475+
Imagine me that from yesterday i had exactly 4 days off work, and next week i will be busy as hell so this mess came in just with a perfect timing. But tbh i don’t want to compromise this thread with these kind of complains we all have.
I just want an honest reaction from them and quick answer on how they are going to solve it.
Not stuff like “they are informed that”…
