But didn’t receive any reward and the entry got counted.

Unfortunately they currently do not posses tools to refund you entry or to grant you rewards. Sadly you are out of luck with this ![]()
I might quit this game if this keeps happening. Such an incompetent support team from AGS side too.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you were disconnected during the Argos Raid.
I understand how frustrating can be to get disconnected in the middle of a raid and losing the rewards. Currently, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, due to this we are not able to give you the rewards. Our team is aware of this and they are working hard on solving it. I apologize for the inconvenience. If there is any update about this matter I’ll be letting you know.

Hopefully, I can get a re-entry ticket, it’s a kind of bummer that I suffered that experience. If this keeps happening, I might aswell quit this game. Imagine getting MVP but didn’t get any reward for completing the dungeon due to a stupid disconnect issue.
