It can take up to 24 hours to receive a re-entry ticket if you lost out on rewards as a result of a server issue.
24 hours has pass, and no ticket yet…
4days has pass, no ticket yet
Happened to me Friday night P3 Argos no loot/ no re- entry

Important part is … “If server side”…
Because if your internet or game crash, then you are fu*ked up 
they won’t refund it when it’s not server crashed unfortunately. Ive had crashes left and right and no refund was given
i mean it was a matchmaking and everybody dc’d
