My game crash mid-fight during Valtan HM. I am not certain what is the case of the crash, the game just closed. After the game crash, I was not able to log back in for a pretty long while and eventually when I did able to log on, I lost my entry. Please help me investigate and hopefully re-issue my entry chance. Thank you. This is US West Valtan, Char name Bllyherrington.
After looking through people who had similar experiences, it seems like the game knows very well who lost their entry chances, where the gate has no checks but entry chance is used. Why not just issue the re-entrance ticket for these players when you have the data in the backend? My guess is this prevents people from carrying others and only DC the last second. However, that could be easily fixed by mailing out rewards for people who DCed. Am I missing something here or this is simply ignored since you don’t make money from fixed problems?
I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your game, I know how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately we are unable to manually issue re-entry tickets, it’s all handled by the system.

The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

I was disconnected in the middle of the raid. after I came back (my team finished the raid already), somehow I lost my entry ticket and no compensated ticket in the mail.
I understand that decision, but when I buy something from Amazon that never showed up, doesn’t matter if it’s Amazon’s fault or UPS’s fault, I’d still get refund for such order, what makes a digital good different?
