Game crash > lost ticket?

Hello!

I was clearing Vykas on my bard and my game crashed with 11 health bars remaining in gate 1. Of course, they finished the gate before I came back. So I didn’t get any rewards and am now locked out of the raid.

I heard you’re supposed to receive a ticket in the mail when that sort of stuff happens, but my mail is dead empty.

Is there something to be done?
