Game crashed and i'm locked out of EUW into South America

Hello,
I was playing Lost Ark normally then the game crashed and i got locked out of Lost Ark into South America.

first some details:

• I am from France, installed the game from France and always been playing from France for close to 200h
• I did all the troubleshooting on the server and did not work

I tried the following and bypassed the issue but it’s not a long term solution:

• When my friend in France connects with my Steam account, he can connect to my characters in EUW and not locked in South America
• When I use a VPN i am not locked in South America and can connect in EUW.

I don’t know why in my computer when i desactivate my vpn I can’t connect to EUW knwoing that the game has all authorizations for Firewall, even when I repair files and all it doesn’t work.

Hi is it that the servers are inactive I can not connect anymore?

Stuck on South American region, unable to change

Was doing Guardian Raids, then got a disconnect, after that I logged back in, got a EAC error. Reopened the game, to disconnect a few more times and now I’m stuck on South America. Restarted the game, restarted my router and pc, tried the latest version of EAC. Using a VPN allows me to select another region however no servers load in. Using my phone data I can connect and see the servers. Has my IP been blocked from all regions other than South America? [image]

Hi all here is an update. I waited for the maintenance i uninstalled the game and steam and reinstalled it again and everything worked
