My game crashed right after we killed the boss in the Guardian Raid. I only got the loot off the ground and was not able to harvest the soul. When I logged back in I was already back in town.

Also we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .

Hi @Kagami, I think you reply to the wrong person. But I did lose my argos reward just yesterday and thankfully just this last hour I login and I get my reentry ticket
