I am sorry to ready you couldn’t clear and claim the bingo rewards, unfortunately and generally speaking, unclaimed items or rewards cannot be granted, but you may want to submit a support ticket to see if any kind of exception or alternate option can be given due to the game crash.

could y’all see about reissuing me an entrance ticket for gate three then? in theory i could rerun it, i won’t be happy about it but i could do it if i got a ticket. i don’t want to miss out on the clear for the week and i do not believe support would get back to me before reset.

We can’t reissue entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
