My game crashed in the middle of one of my daily Chaos Dungeons with Aura of Resonance. It took so long to reboot that by the time I managed to log back in, the timer had run down to zero. Is there any way to get my aura back or restart from the crash point? I was only 12% into the dungeon.

I’m sorry to hear you loss your ability to participate in the chaos dungeon. At this time, we’re not able to re-grant the ability to participate in limited entry activities.
You’ll be able to participate in weekly events after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC. To enter events which require Entrance Tickets, you’ll need to gain additional tickets via Chaos Dungeon drops or Exchange merchants.
Is there anything that can be done about the load times for this game though? It’s exorbitantly long. If the game loaded faster, I would have been able to re-enter the chaos dungeon before the 5 minute timer expired.
