Hi so my game crashed during road of lament, and it takes 3 minutes to load the game, so obviously I was not able to get back in time to not get kicked or whatever.
Can i get a re-entry pass because this doesn’t really seem like my fault…

I’m so sorry that your game crash while you where in the road of laments, i know that this is very frustrating and we don’t want anything ruining your experience.
I’m sorry but at the moment we cannot give you a reentry pass, we are working on the game stability to avoid having this kind of issues in the future.
