Hi, my game crashed in the middle of running a secret map dungeon in a party. By the time I re-opened the game, I was put back in the overworld, the map was gone, and I received nothing from the map dungeon. Is there a way to claim/fix this problem?

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a secret dungeon run but please bear in mind we are not able to provide the used up secret map and any rewards not obtained during the run would have been lost.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
