Hi all, my game crashed during the middle of Vykas Normal G1 then when I reconnected my group finished the raid but I did not get any rewards. I tried going to G1 again but the “entry count exceeded” keeps popping up and am not sure what to do :((

I have this problem too, i keep getting robbed of my loot becuase I cant control my connection status so I HOPE MY SMALL VOICE IS SEEN it sucks getting dced then not being able to redeem what happened. PLZ help us

I’m sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a Vykas run.
I understand how frustrating this is, in this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

This just happened to me. I didn’t get any rewards from gate 1 and now I’m locked out for all 3 gates for the whole week. This has happened before, to me and many others.
Why is this issue not resolved? How is this STILL a problem? It has been MONTHS. This is CLEARLY the fault and frankly the incompetence of both AGS and Smilegate.
To be honest, if I don’t get a re-entry ticket this time, I’m quitting. This just shows how gamebreakingly seriously flawed the game is and that you have absolutely no intent on figuring out a real solution to the problem.
I had blue screen while doing Argos on alt… it gets better and better each update.
I want a real solution to the problem, not this “we can’t do anything if it’s not a server side” bullshit. If they can’t do that then I’m 100% done. This game isn’t worth my time if they keep wasting it like this.
And can you please stop saying that you “appreciate (y)our understanding”. We don’t understand. This is stupid and needs to be resolved, I’m done with this crap.
Never mind, Amazon’s useless support system verified that for some weird reason they can’t help.

It just happened to me in Valtan too, that is, if it marks you that you did everything when you didn’t even pass the first door, it would be nice if it was only one door but they are all the doors
The same problem happened to me last week in Valtan door 2, it feels ugly because I couldn’t even buy my chest.
