Game crashed in valtan, reloaded into the area still but unable to claim any of the rewards

near the end of valtan gate 2 my game crashed, managed to reload back into the game before the area closed but got no gold or rewards, and couldnt buy the box because it says in chat i need to clear the gate to get it. tried to join another g2 lobby and it says i cant enter but doesnt show “cleared” on the filter when searching for group. Need my entry back or the rewards

We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read below on how we handle these scenarios.
