Hi
my game crashed in vykas gate 1. After i rejoined the game they just killed the boss. I could not loot the chest or could i go to portal 2. In the groupfinder it says its not completet but in overview from the chars it says vykas is completet. I also got no ticket because the game think i have completed it. Very sad.

Sorry to know you folks had issues when doing limited entry content.
In cases like this, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, since the game has a system that takes care of this type of situations.
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side. Meaning that if the cause of disconnection was in fact a server side issue, the replacement ticket will arrive via in-game mail within no more than 48 hours max.

Ok that is in some point understandable but its the standard answer everybody gets who has this issue. Then it would be nice when you can proceed with the 2 and 3 portal to get at least some reward. What i dondt unterstand is how the system now think i completed vykas complete and show it in the overview menu but in the group finder its still open and dondt show that it is complete.
