Customer support has confirmed that when I was doing Valtan Gate 2 the game crashed on the server side so I got disconnected. When I reconnected to the game all of a sudden my character was not in the valtan raid anymore. I was told that a ticket would be sent to me automatically after 48 hours but until now I have not received the ticket…
Here is confirmation that customer support agreed the game crashed on server side.
This needs to be fixed ASAP since raids are what people enjoy the most in lost ark and to be cut out from it by server issues is just a really big hassle since a lot of people have been looking forward to doing these every week… and to mention being delayed a week to complete your gear is just a big F…

I understand how frustrating this is, in this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, please wait while the system process your case, normally it takes more than 24 hours for the system to provide the ticket if you’re eligible, I apologize for the inconvenience.
