Game Crashes at first lift in Arid Path

Hi,

I have a 139hrs in on this game with no issues.

I am leveling my 3rd alt (Paladin) old school zerging through the main quests and hitting only secondary’s with engravings, etc.

I am at Arid Path right now and just trying to take the lift out of the main base. Every time I do the game just freezes.

I am running:
AMD 5800X
5700XT w/ 23.3.1 drivers

I can go play any other toon for hours atm with no issue. In fact, I did the entire Anikka continent without issue on this alt this morning.

My apologies to hear you are experiencing this issue, I’m going to relocate your character to a safe zone as a workaround to try to unstuck it. In the meantime please run an Steam file check just to discard corrupted files.

Working on it right now, can you please tell me the character name?

Thanks for the quick response. I am going to perform a file check right now. I was able to bypass the area by logging in on my laptop. Never had an issue in close to 140hrs until this one.

It was the following character:
