This is a consistent crash, I’ve replicated it on both my computers at separate IPs. I can no longer play my Glavier at all, since launching the game tak es me directly to the ruins loading page, and it crashes immediately.

Apologies about this unexpected situation were you are not able to log into the game but it would be a pleasure to help in this case.
We can try to relocate your character in a safer location to avoid the glitch on the map that is not allowing you to log in properly.
For this action you will need to contact live support and ask for your character to be ported to a different location in order to avoid the area bug that you are experiencing.
