Game crashes or disconnect from server since update

Hi,

I had one game crash and one disconnect from server today. Maybe the first crash was also a disconnect, as I didnt wait until the black screen was gone and just quit the game.

Edit: I had now 3 disconnects from the server. And I saw in ranked likewise disconnects by other people.

Has anyone same experiences since the last update?

Please fix this.

Many many threads about it, it’s a known issue they’re working on but no update yet. I’m pausing any legion raids until they figure it out to be safe.

Just wanted to let “the team” know that the “update” Roxx talked about earlier did not work. EUC still suffering major Dcs in all raids. Including 6!!! players at the same time during Valtan. About 10 mins ago.

We’re sorry that you are having this experience with the disconnects during raids.

Our team is working on the issue to improve our players experience during raids , I truly apologize for the inconvenience this caused you and the other players involved.

We have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives. We cannot guarantee that a ticket will be sent in 100% of cases of disconnects.

Hi,
Since this week’s maintenance (on monday) I’ve noticed more frequent disconnects for me personally than previously. Also, my game has crashed for the first time ever. It just closes down completely, not a disconnect and no error. I know you’re working on it, but wanted to add my experience.
