Hi, I was doing Yorn on my alt and went through a zone transition and the game crashed with the windows critical error sound. Now I cant log back into that character as it just does the same windows error sound and crash at the load screen.
My other characters are fine, its just my alt with this issue.
Any chance of a quick fix?

I’m sorry to read that your game is crashing when trying to login with your alt, could you please try verifying the integrity of game files?
If you have already done so and still don’t have access to your character, please provide me with their name and server, I can try moving them to another location and see if this helps you regain access.

Thanks verify of the game files did a 6mb download and it fixed the issue. Thankyou for the fast reply and solution that worked
