Game crashing at 70% login, reloading and game "has another person on account"

This has been happening since the patch. Game will trash when loading into a new zone at 70ish % each time and when I return says my account is logged in by someone else.

I have been getting this for a few days now. Randomly stops loading up, when in game can just have a program end without warning. Restart, repeat. It is pretty awful.

So I can’t log on my main. I was doing the second awakening quest and going to Layer Terrace. Crashed and have not been able to relog since then. I can log other characters, just not my main.

I will stop playing until I can log main so hopefully this will fix at some point.

I just got this today, 70% loading into launch of game and then crashed and then said someone was playing my game. when I know there isn’t.

yeah same got dced at loading screen. relogin and it says duplicate login and i relog again for the 2nd time now my account is blocked for logging in for 10 mins

Players in Shandi are experiencing this problem. I think this is a sever issue and the devs should be made aware of it.

same here loading scrren at 70% and now it said i cant login because my account is actually still in game

Game got stuck at about 70% so I force quit the game. Now, whenever I try to get into the Akkan server on NA West, it says there is an error and force closes the client. Before that, it said someone was logged into my account so it kicked me, but I have seen that message since.

I just got the same issue on Akkan after using song of return. Couldn’t log in to my character.

I was able to login and changed my character now stuck at 70% loading screen.

Same here on Akkan server.

thought issue resolved after waiting 20 minutes. was able to get signed in and spawned, but then got kicked out of server. I think i got an error code: w0x9-spelpwp1p2nt
