Game crashing at P3 of Argos = Zero rewards from P1,P2,P3

  1. We were already on P3 of Argos Bus . Thanks to the recent update the game now runs maybe 30min then decides to randomly freeze or crash.

  2. I re-launch to get back into the Raid and its already been completed.

  • The boss’s end reward is no where in sight.
  • Game doesn’t even record that I participated in any of the raid in its entirety…
  1. Now I’m out 1.2K Gold , with NO REWARD from the Argos P3 Bus
  • No P1 reward
  • No P2 reward
  • No P3 reward
  1. Now I have to hold back on any plans of pushing my characters. Thanks to this wonderful update. I cannot participate in the game play itself thanks to these seemingly random crashes.
  • I’ve already re-verified using Steam’s Verifier = Can’t even participate in a " Weekly Only Event… " / and am out 1.2K Gold thanks to the Bus = With no payback from completing the Raid…

Hello @TrinityZwei,

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.

We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.

Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.
