We were already on P3 of Argos Bus . Thanks to the recent update the game now runs maybe 30min then decides to randomly freeze or crash.
I re-launch to get back into the Raid and its already been completed.
The boss’s end reward is no where in sight.
Game doesn’t even record that I participated in any of the raid in its entirety…
Now I’m out 1.2K Gold , with NO REWARD from the Argos P3 Bus
No P1 reward
No P2 reward
No P3 reward
Now I have to hold back on any plans of pushing my characters. Thanks to this wonderful update. Which I have no control over on when I can and can’t participate in the game play itself.
I’ve already re-verified using Steam’s Verifier = Can’t even participate in a " Weekly Only Event… " / and am out 1.2K Gold thanks to the Bus
ill make it easy for you no one in CM or support can help you your only hope is getting the ticket back which takes from 1-24h up to 48h if you are unlucky anyway if you get the ticket you are down 1.2k gold anyway since the busser took your gold i guess and didn’t refund which he should tbh if you can contact the busser and ask for a refund if he gives a refund your good if not unlucky .

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your Argos P3 run, the gold you spent on the bus service and thank you for sharing the screenshot, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
As @TheBlackBoNe also suggested you can try contacting the player that provided the bus to see if they can refund the service, but that is up to them.
