This crash typically happens every 2-3 hours. I reset my modem many times, I have a wired connection, verified the game files, nothing is working. I love Lost Ark but I cannot enjoy the game because I tend to crash when there is a raid, or an abyssal dungeon, or the ghost ship fight and I end up losing all progress and completely wasting my time. Additionally, when I crash with this error my weekly slot is taken, I receive no items, and it counts me as leaving the event, and I am punished for it.

I want to share with you some others steps that you can try to solve the issue.
- Update your video and windows drivers.
- Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.
- Troubleshoot the Firewall:
- Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
- Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
- Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
- Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
- Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

I have had the same problem since release, I don’t know why they keep telling everyone to do the most generic bullshit ever when nobody has confirmed for it to work afterward. I and many more have made tickets about this situation but I’m not sure if they are ever going to take this error seriously. The game also consistently looks like I’m playing on 10000 ping when in reality I have a stable wired network connection as well.
