Hello
Almost every time I attempt to play the game crashes on the character selection screen. On the rare occasion I am able to select my character the game crashes whilst loading
I have checked and my pc meets the system requirements, Updated all drives and used steam to verify the integrity of the game file
Any help that can be given will be greatly appreciated

I’m really sorry about the issue you’re having with the game crash, since you’ve completed a few steps already I can recommend you to do the following:

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
