Game crashing on loading screen after selecting character

My game keeps crashing at loading screen after selecting character. It started happening last night after I force quit the game (because I was switching zone to Medrick Monastery and the loading time was slowwwwwwwwwww).

After that, the game just keeps crashing at the loading screen after I selected my character. I tried rebooting my computer, but did’nt work. I waited 7 hours before attempting again. It does not work either. Can you please fix the problem? Thanks!

it worked, but when i tried to enter luterra castle, it got stuck again. i think there is a issue on that point @Jormungandrh. can u move my charactewr again? ill not proceed with the new story quest until im sure i wont stuck again
