Game disconnect and crash when entering boss rush

As tittle, is there anyway I get the ticket back?

Sorry to know you had issues when entering a Boss Rush.

In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations.

The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; This will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

If this was in fact due to a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 24 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

So if after 1 day and I do not see anything in mail it means the ticket is gone ?

Sometimes it may take a bit more with a limit of 48h max. But if the ticket does not arrive means the disconnection was not a verified server crash/disconnection.
