it’s no use repeating the same thing that support has already done. Most of the support didn’t open the video, I submitted a ticket more than 10 times and the only views they got on the video were from the people I chatted live with and yours.

In that case, the system would be responsible for returning the ticket for the dungeon, which verifies if this disconnection was generated by any problem in the game which in that way within 24 hours would be returning the ticket and you could see it in your character’s email.
So please wait within 24 hours to verify that the system can check if the disconnection occurred on the part of the game and if the game returns the ticket to you.
If you have not received the return ticket within 24 hours, it would mean that it could not be returned and the system verified that the disconnection did not occur by the game.

Even uploading several videos proving it is useless. Next time, I have a tip for you guys: don’t try to go back, because if the raid ends and you come back, you’ll have to deal with this kind of response.
Here’s a tip for you guys there. Since you obviously lack the capacity to fix this error, how about a single workaround. Should be easy enough even for you. Just don’t close the client entirely, kick people back to server selection, so that they can attempt to reconnect. The game takes forever to load for no reason at all other than bad coding, so avoiding loading the entire client again would allow people to rejoin much faster and maybe keep some of the rewards they’re losing due to your shitty servers and coding.
