Game disconnected on Vykas G1

During Vykas’s gate 1 the game server started lagging and at some point before G1 ended I got disconnected and sent to server selection screen, game says I have done gate 1 but doesn’t allow me to go to gate 2, I have not received rewards. It is also worth noting that discord in the same time was working perfectly showing consistent ping at 47ms response time. Ign: Isoldestale of the Lazenith server.
Any help would be appreciated. (Edit, on the EUC)

I am sorry about the lost entry count to Vykas G1.

Unfortunately we cannot manually add back the lost entries however we have a system in place that automatically adds it back when the criteria mentioned in post below are fulfilled-
