Game freeze/lag

The game is consuming a lot of cpu, it’s not normal:


It keeps giving spikes in ping, it goes from 15ms to 2000ms, it was normal until yesterday

Please make sure to add the DxDiag through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

@Wyvernn I did as you suggested, I included an image and the log file in google drive, but they said that they cannot access the files outside amazon and ask to attach an image, but the ticket does not have the attachment functionality…

Sorry for this situation, on this case you can upload the file to a Cloud Storage like Google Drive and share the link on the support ticket.

Other option is to upload the files here on this post and share the post link on the ticket when is created.

Apparently it normalized the freezes that make the ping fluctuate to 2k, it’s still consuming a lot of cpu, but it’s playable, I believe it’s some instability in the EAC, but for now I’ll just follow the news.
