Hi all, almost every time i play anything with other players the game freezes and crashes without showing any error messages etc. If i play normal quests everything is fine! I cant seem to find the problem and fix it. Any help/tips?

Your set up is great, I mean, you shouldn’t have any problem running the game smoothly with those specs.
I want to ask if you have done any type of troubleshooting so far in order to solve this, so I can look for alternatives before escalating your case.

The problem happens usually mid play or very rarely when the game loads in big cities with a lot of people.

It isn’t on your end. It is server side. This is happening in both NA and EU across multiple servers. None of their fixes will likely work. A patch is needed to correct whatever got messed up with the recent patch.
Might be because its still happening and become annoying if i cant even play the game
