I hope you’re having a great time.
I apologize for the experience you are having with the game, I understand how annoying this can be.
Check updates for your Windows and the GPU, restart your PC. Check more troubleshootings on the AGS support page.
If that don’t help you fix the issue, here are some troubleshooting you may try:

Flush Steam cache: Windows key + “r” key > type “steam://flushconfig/” and click ok > Steam will be close and will request to sign in again. (refresh steam)

Compatibility (run as admin): Steam library > right click on the game > Manage + Local files > right click on .exe file and click properties > Compatibility tab > check box on the “Run this program as administrator”

Open NVIDIA GEFORCE experience app > go to settings and turn OFF the “IN-GAME OVERLAY” option.
After this steps, if your issue persist; proceed to contact AGS customer support for further assistence.

Hola… mira si tenes una grafica AMD… el error viene por parte de los drivers , la unica solucion que yo pude encontrar hasta el momento es cambiar la configuracion del juego de DX11 A DX9 , se ve peor y con lag , pero al menos ya no se congela , ninguna otra opcion me sirvio , formateo de pc , limpieza de drivers , undervolt , drivers antiguos , cambiar de w10 a w11 y nada .
I run a Geforce video card so the AMD graphics driver issues does not apply unfortunately.
