We have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.

None of this copy pasta crap does anything for losing rewards from a Chaos Gate, I’ve never heard of anyone getting an entry ticket for a freaking Chaos Gate. The issues aren’t my PC. They’re caused by this trash game and its garbage servers.
