Game Froze just before Argos reward

Hello,

i just ended the Argos Abyss Raid and right at the end before the rewards screen pop up, my client froze for a few mins. After that, i decided to restart the client in order to fix the freeze situation, but the game bugged out and now i can’t reclaim my rewards nor rejoin another abyss Raid.
This is the proof:

I hope u can refound me the ticket, otherwise i can’t progress my character for the whole next week…

Thank you for reaching out regarding the loss of your reward. At this time, we’re not able to re-grant the ability to participate in limited entry activities. You’ll be able to participate in weekly events after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC. To enter events which require Entrance Tickets, you’ll need to gain additional tickets via Chaos Dungeon drops or Exchange merchants.

What do you mean? You DO have the power to re-grand the ability to partecipate in limited entry activities by the tickets, i’seen them… as u can clearly see i’ve completed the Argos Raid, i just sent u a CLEAR evidence of that, are you that careless about your player base? this is not a little thing you know… i can’t make any progress with my character for a whole week!

I understand that was not the answer you were looking for but as I said before we are not able to do such thing and as much as I would like for it to be otherwise I am un-able to do so. I am sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you.

Yea many people got fkt by this great system welcome to the club btw one guy put a screen shot that he actually got the reset ticket once

They could compensate the problem in a million way possibile… but they simply won’t help in any way, period.
I issued a complain to amazon for the worst support ever for a Videogame.

Yea i mean if it was normal raid then fk it.But this completly shut us down from progresion and if it happens next week i mean why play at all
