Game froze Kakul G2 - No loot, can't continue the raid

Hello,

My game froze a few seconds before my party killed Kakul G2. It remains like that for a good 5 min so I had to alt f4 to restart the game.

As a consequence I didn’t get the loot from G2 nor validate the down of the boss. I can’t neither redo the G2 to continue and finish the raid.

Is there anything I can do to complete G2 and 3 this week ?

I see this is your first post. Welcome to the Lost Ark Forums! I’m sorry to hear about your game freezing while going through Gagul G2. As of now, there is a system setup that automatically reissues the entry when the disconnection is caused by a server crash or outage. You can expect to get the reissued entry within the next 48 hours following the disconnection. If the system didn’t reissue the ticket after that time, we will not be able to issue it manually. Pretty sure the freeze wasn’t cause by a server issue, so I guess I just have to say goodbye to this content for this week…
