No servers are fine.
We’ve been watching reports on this coming since the servers came back online yesterday after maintenance.
Sometimes you can go an hour or two before you crash to server select screen (which is neat, first time since launch any crash didn’t put me straight to desktop) other times you can’t go more than 1-2 minutes.
Have they ever compensated players with as much or more than was lost? It’s usually a couple extra chaos dungeons, a couple days of aura worth less than the guardian loot you missed, and maybe a re-entry ticket, meanwhile you’ve lost your stuff across 6 characters.
It’s a weird dedication to being a cheapo since it’s all imaginary money anyway that costs them nothing.

They won’t take the servers down until they actually identify the cause of the problem and can give a timeline on a possible fix or at least say “we’ve identified the problem and are working on a solution now, stay tuned”. I’m sure they made the call on their end that the issue is not gamebreaking enough to warrant a total shutdown for an unknown ETA
